Notice of Position Opening Internal Full Time Position: Staff Nurse Supervisor (SNS) Posting Number: S_93 Posting Date: September 21, 2026 Department: Medical Services Reports To: Nursing Services Superintendent Grade level S2 Applications will be accepted up to October 4, 2026 Firestone Health Services is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, supervise ward staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and support nursing staff within assigned wards/units. • Ensure quality patient care and adherence to healthcare standards. • Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and participate in ward rounds. • Maintain accurate patient records and prepare required reports. • Coordinate with physicians, patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. • Ensure compliance of Nursing Team to Hospital Information System SOPs and Policies. • Manage ward resources, equipment, and supplies (inventory management) • Respond to EHS issues within the department • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. • 3 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting. • Strong skills in patient assessment, medication management, and IV placement. • Computer literacy and excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
