HireLiberia is Liberia's employment platform: the first place people look for work and employers look for talent. If a job is posted anywhere in the country, you should be able to find it here within minutes.
Finding a job in Liberia is harder than it should be. Vacancies are scattered across NGO portals, government and ministry PDFs, university career pages, private-company boards, news posts and Facebook pages. No single place shows them all, so good people miss roles that fit them simply because they were looking in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Most job boards just wait for employers to sign up and post. Most employers here never do. HireLiberia does the opposite: it watches the places employers already post, pulls each vacancy out, tidies it up, sorts it by field and county, and puts it in front of you in one feed, checked every day.
How a job gets to your screen
We find it on the pages, portals and PDFs where employers post. We read the real details out of messy pages and scanned documents. We tidy it up, merge duplicates, and tag the field and county. The newest jobs and the ones closing soon rise to the top, so you don't hear about a role the day after it closed.
Built for the phone in your hand
Most people here get online on a phone, often on data that isn't cheap. The site is light on purpose: it loads fast, works on a basic phone, and doesn't bury you in ads or trackers. We're also honest about what we can't reach: jobs that live only on a Facebook page or a notice board on a wall.
