Notice of Position Opening External & Internal Full Time Position: Pharmacist Supervisor (PHS) Posting Number: S_92 Posting Date: September 21, 2026 Department: Medical Services Grade: S2 Reports To: Medical Director (Clinical) and Hospital Business Manager (Supply Chain) Applications will be accepted through October 4, 2026 Firestone Health Services is seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist Supervisor to lead pharmacy operations, oversee inventory and supply management, and ensure safe, effective medication distribution throughout the hospital. Key Responsibilities • Supervise pharmacy operations, medication dispensing, and inventory control. • Manage pharmaceutical, medical, and non-medical supply inventories. • Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and maintain accurate records. • Lead and support pharmacy staff and supply chain personnel. • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies. • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication management. • Other task as assigned Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. • Knowledge of pharmacology, pharmaceutical care, and inventory management. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in pharmacy information systems and supply chain management. Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree in pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or related field. • Fellowship from the West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists. • Hospital pharmacy and supply chain management experience. Working Conditions Hospital pharmacy environment requires flexible hours, attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
