Notice of Position Opening External & Internal Only Full Time Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Posting Number: S_85 Posting Date: September 21, 2026 Reporting to: Staff Nurse Supervisor Grade Level S2 Applications will be accepted through October 4, 2026 Position Summary Firestone Liberia LLC is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care, conduct clinical assessments, administer medications, maintain medical records, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care, monitor patient conditions, and document progress. • Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing care plans. • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and policies. • Monitor patient responses to treatment and manage symptoms within scope of practice. • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, and families. • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. • Utilize hospital information systems and participate in departmental meetings. • Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors and hospital management. Minimum Qualifications • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) • Current Registered Nurse license from the Liberian Board for Nursing and Midwifery. • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting. • Strong skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and IV therapy. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and computer skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in specialized clinical or hospital environments. • Strong leadership and team coordination skills. • Familiarity with healthcare software, electronic health records, and hospital systems. • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development. Working Conditions Hospital-based environment requiring shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The position demands attention to detail, adherence to healthcare standards, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
