ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT The job holder provides programme support for all WFP interventions in the field (Home Grown School Feeding, Crisis Response, Health Supply Chain, Resilience…) and strengthen data quality, corporate reporting inputs, planning, implementation and knowledge management in the Field Office. The role supports activity managers and programme teams by ensuring that key programme interventions are properly planned and implemented in a timely manner. The job holder is responsible for contributing to programme plans, reports, performing basic analyses, and to the smooth implementation of programmes and projects. This position is in WFP Liberia Field Office based in Saclepea, under the supervision of the Head of Field Office. THE ROLE To perform specialized and/or standardized policy and program-related processes and activities to support the effective delivery of assistance packages. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive, nor exhaustive): Perform WFP Liberia programmes implementation within the area covered by Sacrepla Field Office, supporting alignment with wider programme policies and guidelines. Provide project management and/or general office support following established targets and WFP's policies and procedures. Within the specific area of responsibility, compile data and support analysis and preparation of reports in order to support operational decision-making. Perform accurate, timely recording of data, following corporate standards and guidelines. Work and exchange information with internal counterparts to support effective collaboration, implementation and monitoring of ongoing project activities. Support communication and activities with local partners, agencies, NGOs and government institutions. Act as a point of contact for resolution of general operational queries requesting assistance where necessary. Follow standard emergency preparedness practices to ensure WFP is able to quickly respond and deploy needed resources to affected areas at the onset of the crisis. Work and exchange information with internal counterparts to support collaboration, implementation and monitoring of ongoing programme activities. Act as a point of contact for general operational queries related to programme systems, trackers, reporting inputs, data files and knowledge repositories, requesting technical assistance where necessary. Support timely access to programme data, contact lists, planning tools and relevant reference documents during preparedness or response activities. Perform other programme support and data management duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Experience supporting programme implementation, programme administration, community engagement, reporting, planning or data management functions.
