VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT External Position Title: Security Operations Centre Development Manager (SOCDM) Posting Number: S_87 Posting Date: August 20, 2026 Reporting To: Corporate Resilience Manager Grade Level: M2 Application Deadline: September 20, 2026 Position Summary Firestone Liberia is seeking a highly experienced Security Operations Centre Development Manager (SOCDM) to lead the design, implementation, and development of an integrated Security Operations Centre (SOC) that protects the Company's people, assets, and operations. The successful candidate will establish a world-class SOC by integrating surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, fleet tracking, communications, and incident response systems into a unified operational platform. Key Responsibilities • Design, establish, and develop an integrated Security Operations Centre & • Lead the integration of security technologies and monitoring systems. • Develop SOC operating & command/control procedures and incident response protocols • Manage security technology vendors and service providers. • Recruit, train, mentor, and lead SOC personnel. • Drive continuous improvement of SOC capabilities and performance. • Provide strategic security advice and operational reports to senior leadership. Minimum Qualifications • Master's Degree or recognized professional security certification (e.g., CPP, CSMP). • Minimum 15 years of security leadership experience, including demonstrated success in designing and implementing Security Operations Centers. • Strong knowledge of security technologies, including Axis, Milestone, Capture Solutions, GIS, and fleet management platforms. • Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, project management, and team development • Excellent report writing and executive communication abilities. • No criminal record and availability to respond to security matters on a 24/7 basis.
