Advise the CEO and Executive Committee on emerging safety risks and mitigation plans. Lead implementation of a Zero Harm Safety Culture across mining, rail, port, and contractor operations. Ensure safety objectives are fully integrated into business planning. Benchmark AML against leading global mining organizations. Expected Outcomes Sustainable reduction in high-potential incidents. Mining Risk Management and Critical Controls Lead enterprise-wide mining risk management initiatives. Establish critical control management systems for fatality prevention.
