NOTICE OF POSITION OPENING Internal & External| Full Time Position Title: Project Manager Posting Number: S_81 Posting Date: August 3, 2026 Reporting To: HoD, Operational Excellence and Project Management Grade Level: M1 Application Deadline: August 15, 2026 Position Summary Firestone Liberia is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and closing projects that support organizational objectives. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with effective stakeholder engagement while fostering continuous improvement and strong team collaboration Main Responsibilities: 1. Lead cross-functional Agile teams to successfully deliver strategic and operational objectives. 2. Develop and implement project management frameworks appropriate to project requirements, organizational needs, and available resources. 3. Coordinate project prioritization, scope definition, and planning activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. 4. Establish and maintain project tracking systems and performance dashboards to monitor progress, measure outcomes, and facilitate timely escalation of risks and issues. 5. Conduct monthly review meetings with project stakeholders and external partners to provide status updates, review deliverables, and align key action items. 6. Build team capacity and enhance knowledge sharing by establishing effective communication channels and providing technical guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, or a related field. • Knowledge of Project Management principles and practices. • Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in industrial and/or agricultural operations Preferred Qualifications • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project). • Experience working in a multinational company. • Professional project management certification is an added advantage.
