SECTION I: INVITATION FOR BID For the Procurement of Goods (Vehicle) Contract Identification IFB No.FIA/NCB/ 001/2026 1. The Financial Intelligence Agency of Liberia has received a Budgetary Allotment from the National Budget 2026 fiscal year. It intends to apply Part of it to fund eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Vehicles. 2. The FIA invites qualified and eligible firms to submit sealed bids for the supply of the following vehicles: BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF GOODS: LOT No. DESCRIPTION QUANTITY 1 SUV JEEP 4 2 DOUBLE CABIN PICKUP 2 3 SEDAN 4 4 BUS 2 3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the PPCA and approved by the PPCC. It is open to all bidders from Eligible Sources as defined in the Guidelines. 4. Qualification Requirement for Bidders: All bids must be accompanied by: ➢ A notarized Bid Securing Declaration of 2 (years) ➢ Current Business Registration (LBA); ➢ Current Tax Clearance (LRA); ➢ Provision of after-sales service after the date of delivery for one (1) year ➢ (PPCC Vendor Registration ➢ Delivery period: one (1) month after signing of the contract 5. Interested bidders may visit the Financial Intelligence Agency (FIA) offices to obtain a complete set of bidding documents in English from the Procurement Section. The documents are available from 10 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. 6. Bids will be valid for the period of ninety (90) days after the bid submission deadline. A Bid Securing Declaration must accompany all bids and will remain valid for twenty-eight (28) days after the tender validity period. 7. Bids must be delivered in one (1) ORIGINAL and (2) COPIES in a sealed envelope marked "Provision of Vehicle" and placed in the bid box at the Procurement Section of the Financial Intelligence Agency, Liberia, not later than 1:00 pm on Monday, August 3, 2026. Late bids will be rejected. 8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on August 3, 2026, at 1:30 PM in the main conference room of the Financial Intelligence Agency.
