As a Sales Agent, you will embody our mission to make digital connectivity accessible and empower communities across Liberia. Key Responsibilities Actively identify and engage potential customers for TechDefense services, including public Wi-Fi subscriptions, T-Net home plans, and partner programs. Present and explain TechDefense's service offerings with clarity and confidence, responding to customer questions and objections. Collaborate with the Marketing Officer to convert leads, refine sales strategies, and deliver market insights. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, proposals, and customer interactions using company tools. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team-wide revenue goals. Participate in outreach events, community engagements, and promotional campaigns. Provide feedback from the field to help improve products, service pricing, customer experience, and sales collateral. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; related tertiary education is an advantage. Past experience in sales, customer engagement, or field marketing preferred. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Customer-focused attitude and ability to build trust quickly. Ability to travel within assigned regions and work independently.
