This role is crucial to ensuring that our systems operate consistently, reliably, and safely in real-world conditions. Key Responsibilities Perform on-site installation, testing, and configuration of network equipment (routers, access points, solar systems, cabling, etc.). Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity and equipment issues during field service calls. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure all systems perform at optimal levels. Document all field activities, service reports, and technical findings accurately. Provide clear technical support and guidance to clients during installations and handovers. Support rollout activities including site setup, power systems, wireless coverage testing, and alignment. Adhere strictly to safety standards, equipment protocols, and operational best practices. Qualifications Technical diploma/certification or equivalent training in telecommunications, networking, IT, or related field. Hands-on experience in field service, equipment installation, or infrastructure support preferred. Understanding of networking, wireless technologies, and basic electrical systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
